WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returns can only be accepted if the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the tags in place.
Email us at info@gymgrowgain.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return for a refund or an Exchange. Enclose the item in the original packaging. Gym Grow Gain cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of any item that is being returned. Please ensure that you obtain insurance or use a registered/signed for service for extra protection as the parcel will remain solely your responsibility until we receive it. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs or any taxes/duties incurred. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Where possible all of our items are shipped using environmentally responsible packaging.
IRELAND & UK: Standard delivery (2-4- Working days) – €4.95
UK delivery (5-7 Working days) – €18.95

We aim to process orders within 24 hours so should you need change or cancel an order please do so within this time. We do not accept exchanges, process refunds or cancellations after order is processed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with replacing a new garment.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@gymgrowgain.com with details of the product and the defect.

- Incomplete addresses (e.g. those without a correct Eir, Postal or Zip Code may be returned to us so please ensure you complete you address
