Refund policy

 

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returns can only be accepted if the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the tags in place.

Email us at info@gggactivewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return for a refund or an Exchange.

Enclose the item in the original packaging. GGG Activewear cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of any item that is being returned. Please ensure that you obtain insurance or use a registered/signed for service for extra protection as the parcel will remain solely your responsibility until we receive it. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs or any taxes/duties incurred.

A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
